ABOUT

Dana's rugs and accessories are created using a method handed down through generations of strong Southern women. Her great grandmother, Minnie May Brinkley, created rugs from scraps of cloth, feed sacks, and outgrown clothing. In keeping with her spirit of adaptive reuse, Dana uses upcycled and reclaimed materials in her rugs as often as possible.

Each of Dana's rugs is a piece of Appalachian folk art. The method is tried & true, and the products are beautiful, functional, and long-lasting.
